MEET LUCY
Hi! I'm Lucy Moore, and I'm running to represent Ward 3 on the Takoma Park City Council. I'm a mom, an architect, and an 11-year resident of Takoma Park's Ward 3 (shout out to 4th Ave!). I LOVE this community: the kids and families at Spring Park and Sligo Mill Overlook playgrounds, the dogs and their humans at our unofficial dog parks, and all the neighbors who have made this place my home. Thank you!

Why am I running? I believe in this community and its need for thoughtful change. I want to be part of shaping its future. This means building on our existing housing - from our affordable units to our bungalows - to provide more homes so as to keep our community welcoming and diverse. This also looks like shaping a 2025 and 2026 City Budget that enacts our community's values.
